We are happy to announce that the investor has chosen to support our company for our next-gen software platform and disruptive innovation which would change the way the logistics industry operates today. We are a three-year-old bootstrapped startup. This Pre Series A round is to scale up our operations and bring about an organized behavior in logistics industry, enabling this sector to optimize and earn more. We have a B2B SAAS-based business model growing more than 100% year on year basis. We are launching our new products DRIVE & NATIONAL PERMIT which will generate significant transaction revenues, and will be the first company in the Telematics space in India to drive this innovation.
Sasikumar Arumugham, CTO & Co-Founder, said:
We wanted to make technology affordable to every segment of transportation industry, and that is why we have designed and developed applications which are easily scalable using next-gen technologies. We have done an extensive study on the transportation sector and have come up with a disruptive innovation to eliminate the painful areas of transporters and their drivers in day-to-day transactions. We have developed these products in such a way that it can be readily scaled up for Indian and global market
Sun Telematics currently has a technology platform catering to Corporate transportation, FMCG, Pharma, enabling transparency and cost optimization. Regarding the new products to be launched by the company, DRIVE caters to supply chain management in the transport sector allowing all operators to optimize, cross utilize supply and meet any external demands. NATIONAL PERMIT (NP) works with the unorganized logistic sector. It provides mobile app and web-based solutions at the lowest cost for the logistic operators who are currently not able to optimize cost due to the absence of technology.
Another great feature built in NP is a crowdsourcing platform which helps truck drivers connect and exchange information like good places for food and rest, filling gas and weighing scale shops. They can source help from their community even during breakdowns.
